SIPADAN - KAPALAI ISLAND DIVE RESORT
A few minutes by boat from Sipadan but a full world away from it lies the exhilarating Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort, sitting on its sturdy stilts on shallow sandbanks of the Ligitan Reefs. Planned and built in full style as an airy, comfortable, sunny water village with no land in sight - but boasting a mile-long sandbank of powdery blindingly white sand where one can suntan at complete leisure - the Resort offers great food, surprisingly roomy and elegant twin-sharing wooden chalets with huge private balconies and attached bathrooms and a couple of miles of walkways for those who like to take their morning jog while looking at thousands of fish just a few inches beneath their feet.
Meals are served in the terraced, open central structure, while a big western sundeck allow divers to have an evening drink or an after-dive chat with a background of fabulous tropical sunsets.
Diving around is exceedingly easy and shallow but quite spectacular : the sandy bottom and the sparse coral heads host an amazing array of small, often yet-to-be-classified, shamelessly colorful subjects, making the diving here an unforgettable experience for any discerning photographer.
The Resort offers three dives a day plus, if requested, day trips at Sipadan & Mabul. Divers say " THE BEST OF THE TWO WORLDS diving in Sipadan and the macro paradise of Kapalai ".

Day 1 TAWAU - SEMPORNA - KAPALAI ISLAND
Arrive to Tawau airport from Kota Kinabalu. Meet by our staff at the airport arrival hall & transfer to Kapalai Island. A check-out/orientation dive before lunch. A boat dive in the afternoon + unlimited shore dive.
Overnight at Kapalai Island. ( Lunch/Dinner )

Day 2 - 3 IN KAPALAI ISLAND
Daily 3 boat dives + unlimited shore dive.
Overnight at Kapalai Island. ( Fullboard )
***Please note that some of the dives will be arranged to Sipadan Island & Mabul Island as well.

Day 4 DEPART KAPALAI ISLAND( Departure Day )
Relaxation in the morning. To depart Kapalai Island at 13.00hrs after lunch to Tawau airport for flight MH 2663 - 17.40hrs to Kota Kinabalu & connect flight to other destinations. End of service. ( Breakfast/Lunch )

The contents of the dive package typically includes :-

1.  Return transfer Tawau Airport to Semporna ( 70 mins )
2. Arrival - BKI-TWU (MH 2121 0700/0740) / MH 2137 1315/1400) / (AK 5833 0930/1020).
3. Departure - TWU-BKI MH 2134 (1440/1525) / AK 5834 (1045/1135 hrs) / AK 5836 - (1715/1805 hrs)
4. Return boat transfer to Kapalai Island
5.  Daily Departure Tawau (via Semporna) - Kapalai at 0930 hrs / 1200 hrs / 1530 hrs
6. Daily Departure Kapalai island - Tawau at 0630 hrs / 1030 hrs / 1330 hrs 
7. Accommodation on a single/twin/triple basis. Triple share price is 50 % less the Twin Share price
8. 3 boat dives daily except on arrival and departure days
9. Unlimited dives in front of Kapalai dive centre
10. Diving around Kapalai and Mabul. Diving in Sipadan is subject to approval of permit. There is no guarantee of Sipadan Diving
11. Full Board with afternoon snacks served after 3rd dive.
12. Tea/Coffee, Cold Water and Cordial served throughout the day.
13. Tanks, Weight and Belt are provided.
14. No extra charge for night dives in front of dive centre for advanced diver or diver with night dive experience
15. Limited dive gears are available for rental.
16. Permit fee to Sipadan - per diver is included
