Layang-Layang, known as “Swallows Reef” is an atoll situated in the South China Sea 300km north-west of Kota Kinabalu. The island is man-made and was constructed for the Malaysian Navy but now it is of the best diving sites in this region. Main attractions are the regular pelagics, barracudas, turtles & stingrays.

NON DIVER’S DAY TO DAY ITINERARY

• Enjoy bird watching from on the island (seabirds)
• Follow the diving boat if space is available + permission required

The dive package includes the following :-

1. Accommodation at Layang Layang
2. 5 Meals a day
3. 3 Boat dives a day
4. Use of tanks, wights & weight belts
5. Validity : March – August 2009 except April where additional 10% on package rates will apply.

Daily flight schedule from  01 March  (Subject to confirmation):-
0630 / 0750 hrs Kota Kinabalu / Layang Layang
0800 / 0920 hrs Layang Layang / Kota Kinabalu
Kindly arrive at Terminal 2 for check in at least one (1) hour before flight departure time
There is no ticket issuance but verification is via Passport or Identity Card
Baggage allowance is 25kg per person. Excess baggage is chargeable at RM 8.50 per kg per way

All divers must produce a certified dive log book & must sign a liability waiver form before commencing the dives.
